		<description>Keep it simple indeed Brent. I was thinking at some point after I wrote the post (and thank you for pointing to it) that the concept of media that is social isn't complicated. But we're also at a point where there are an incredible myriad of choices with respect to the tools, services and how they should be used. So there's definitely plenty of work to do for companies that want to implement social media in an effective manner.</description>
